I offer unique exercise charts depicting martial arts, Chi Kung, Yoga and various other alternative methods of fitness and well being.  Martial arts such as BaguaZhang, Pakua, Hsing Yi, Tai Chi and others, offer many benefits well beyond self defense alone.  Many of these methods improve core strength (ship pal gi, noble stances, san ti shi), relieve stress and cultivate your life force or “chi”.  Other benefits that can be enhanced are flexibility, coordination, balance, awareness and a peaceful mind.  Most of these exercises can be practiced almost anywhere and by anyone regardless of physical limitations. Most charts will become available as 8.5″ x 11″ laminated hard copies or bundled into hard copy booklets, sent out via US Mail or UPS.

www.MindAndBodymartialArts.com – Chi Kung & Wellness Classes at Winter Park Presbyterian Church, Most Mondays & Fridays, 11:30am to 12:30pm.  Classes usually in the Fellowship hall or the Education Building downstairs.  Free to church members, $10.00 per class for non-church members.  Class is open to all 18 years of age and older.  Average age though, for this class is about 65 & up.  Every month we practice a set of movements which changes from month to month.
