Wind & Water Makes Fire

Wind (BaguaZhang) & Water (Tai Chi) = Fire (Qigong) or in Taoist Inner Alchemy, Kan & Li – an exercise and meditation (sitting, standing and moving exercises) process that promotes the release of mental stress while warming and strengthening the internal organs.  This is a known practice to achieve better health, longevity and cultivation of higher levels of consciousness.

I have spent nearly 38 years learning, practicing and teaching this treasure of time-proven methods. These methods can maintain a high level of fitness, maintain chronic pain issues, and prevent injuries or illnesses. These practices are not religious, but can increase your awareness of yourself on many levels. These practices are not age specific; anyone can benefit from deep breathing, stretching and a multitude of core-strengthening exercises.

I have been composing study guides for the last 10 years, as a way of documenting the vast library of knowledge available through Traditional Chinese Medicine, martial arts (Chinese & Korean) as well as other ancient methods of self-improvement and fitness.
