Qigong & Dao Yin – methods to prevent illness & injuries
Qigong & Dao Yin have been around for thousands of years (origins between 5000-1500 BC) but does that matter?
Well, yes! These methods have proven the test of time. The “new” health care program is actually the “old” program that has worked for millions of people over the years.
Accountability for ones own health – take a pill or eat better. Surgery or exercise to fix an ailment. Qigong is not the answer for everyone or all issues, but why not look into it before making …decisions that will effect the rest of your health and life?
