Stretching & Rolling the Spine – a way to relieve chronic pain

Most people understand that a healthy spine is good for overall health. If you have neck or back issues, how is your activity level effected? Probably greatly, for many suffering from chronic pain.

Instead of exercising your biceps, chest and abnomen for appearance alone, why not exercise your spine to maintain your ability to participate in whatever activities you enjoy?

Watch the video to see one method of relieving pain, increasing range of motion and becoming more self-aware.
