Twisting & Rolling the Spine – increase flexibility while releasing tension!
You try to save money and resources before an emergency, right? Why not exercise regularly before an injury or ailment, in the same manner – to have the resources when you need them.
Tai Chi and Qigong (yoga) are a few of the methods that focus on specific movements of the body’s core (housing the internal organs) as well as exercises for the hands and feet. Exercising the arms and legs can be good methods to increase general cardio fitness, but exercising the core is where the organs are located. On your car, do you just check the tires or have maintenance on the engine, drive train, muffler, etc.? Hopefully, all!
